Really, here there are 2 scenarios:

  1. If the order is not shipped yet, then, yes absolutely, you can send us an email and we will cancel the order for you and will refund you at 100% without any penalties;
  2. If the order is shipped already, you can refuse it upon delivery, however the shipping fee is not refundable and the order is subject to 10% cancellation fee on the cost of the product(s).

To serve you better, please note that our goal is to ship your orders as quickly as possible, therefore if you decide to cancel an order, send us an email as soon as you can. Include your order number.

Order Status: Can I change an order after I placed it?

Yes and no.

Yes – in case the order is not shipped. We will gladly modify your order. Send us an e-mail with your request.

No in case the order is already shipped, then we do apologize, we will not be able to change it.

Order Status: Can I track my order?

Absolutely, you can track the shipment of your order through FedEx website.

Login to your account at gxcomm.net, select “my purchases” tab and click on your tracking number. This will take you immediately to the FedEx website where you can track exactly your order and the estimated time of arrival.

Please note that once we ship your order, the tracking number will be updated in your account.

Only in the case where the payment will be cash on delivery and only for a specific phone. During checkout our system will present you this option automatically if it’s available for the phone you have selected. This option is available only in certain areas in Toronto.
